Participants will have the opportunity to try out various stitches on our sewing machines and learn how they can access the Makerspace sewing machines outside of the program. Wild Kratt Wednesday is the place to be! Pack a lunch and head to the library to watch a Wild Kratts episode. Take home a theme based information/activity package to further the experience. You must register each child participating. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat.

Join us on the second Wednesday of the month for Evening Book Club - all are welcome! Zoom is available for those who prefer to meet virtually. 

All levels of experience are welcome to this monthly photography club. Share your photos with friends, participate in monthly photography challenges, and learn different techniques from various speakers. This monthly meeting is organized and presented by the Western Pennsylvania Lensshooters Association. 

Join Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn and learn how to use the Cricut to make a project! Sarah will guide you through learning the Design Space app, using the Cricut machine, and completing your project. 

All materials will be provided. Please register for only one Cricut Creations class per month.

Crocheters and knitters are welcome to our monthly club. Bring your own projects and share stitches with friends. Please note this is not a class with a teaching component. Please check our event calendar for craft classes with instructors.

Join us once a month for a Matinee Movie showing. Enjoy a feature film and popcorn. Registration is required to reserve your seat and ensure we have enough popcorn. 

Enjoy working with your friends on different STEAM-based DIY activities. This after-school program is a self-paced, learn-as-you-go activity. We will have a light snack for you.

The Cookbook Club meets bimonthly on the third Monday, featuring dinners and recipe challenges. Registration is required in person at the Circulation Desk and opens one month before the meeting date. Library staff will select cookbooks for recipe selection. Visit the New Book area by the window to view cookbooks from our collection and sign-up for your recipe so we can enjoy a variety of dishes together! 

Needle felting is the process of transforming wool into 3D objects using a barbed needle. Join Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn to learn how to create a needle felted project.

New members are always welcome to come share stamps and peruse the collections of other philatelists at our monthly meetings.
