With easy-to-follow instructions, you will tone and stretch your body in this low-impact, mindful movement class. The class will be set to soothing music and is perfect for mature adults and seniors of all abilities. Needle felting is the process of transforming wool into 3D objects using a barbed needle. Join Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn to learn how to create a unique Needle Felted project. 

All materials will be provided. Please register for only one Needle Felting class per month.
