With easy-to-follow instructions, you will tone and stretch your body in this low-impact, mindful movement class. The class will be set to soothing music and is perfect for mature adults and seniors of all abilities. Your instructor will be Meghan Greenwood, an ACE-certified group fitness instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience.
Registration is required. We are accepting 30 mature adults/seniors for this program.
