Mindful Yoga is a gentle yoga class combining mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to reduce stress and support overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, this practice encourages participants to move at their own pace while cultivating calm, balance, and present-moment awareness.
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for this program. Dress comfortably.
This class is taught by Christina Pucel, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, RYT-500 and owner of WholeLife Integrative Therapy who integrates yoga and mindfulness practices to support stress reduction, emotional wellness, and everyday balance. She is passionate about making mindfulness accessible and practical for all.
