Learn how to use the Makerspace sewing machines! During this program, participants will learn how to thread a machine, wind a bobbin, and replace the needle. Participants will have the opportunity to try out various stitches on our sewing machines and learn how they can access the Makerspace sewing machines outside of the program. This program is intended for beginners.

Crocheters and knitters are welcome to our monthly club. Bring your own projects and share stitches with friends. Please note this is not a class with a teaching component. Please check our event calendar for craft classes with instructors.

Needle felting is the process of transforming wool into 3D objects using a barbed needle. Join Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn to learn how to create a needle felted project. 

All materials will be provided. Please register for only one needle felting class per month.

Come to the library for an afternoon of activities and socializing. Bring a friend or come and make a new one!

Put together a puzzle, color, play cards or a board game, or just chat. Materials, games and puzzles provided.
