With easy-to-follow instructions, you will tone and stretch your body in this low-impact, mindful movement class. The class will be set to soothing music and is perfect for mature adults and seniors of all abilities. Your instructor will be Meghan Greenwood, an ACE-certified group fitness instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. Registration is required.

This weekly program consists of stories, rhymes, and songs to help promote early literacy and reinforce basic reading, math, and social skills in preparation for school. Caregiver participation is required as we will be learning skills and activities that can be practiced at home.
This program is designed for 4 to 5 year-olds.
