Birds are equipped with unique traits that help them survive in their natural habitats. In this program, students will discover and explore our feathered friends' amazing feet, feathers and beaks!

Needle felting is the process of transforming wool into 3D objects using a barbed needle. Join Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn to learn how to create a needle felted mushroom.

For Grades 6 to 8
Join Ms. Beth to discuss the craft of writing and connect with peer writers. Bring a pen and paper or a laptop and any work you're interested in sharing. No registration is necessary.

For grades 1 to 6
Frank Gavlak, our local chess expert, is ready to share the basics of how to play chess. He will be sharing basic chess play techniques and skills to make your game even better. A library staff member will be assisting during each session. Registration is required for each child participating. We ask that an adult remain in the library during this program.

Third Tuesday of the Month
New members are always welcome to come share stamps and peruse the collections of other philatelists at our monthly meetings.
