With easy-to-follow instructions, you will tone and stretch your body in this low-impact, mindful movement class. The class will be set to soothing music and is perfect for mature adults and seniors of all abilities.
The tween book club is a year-round reading club for 4th - 6th graders. Expand your reading selections by attending and reading the current book pick. Then join Ms. Linda for a discussion and activity. A light snack will be provided.
