Program Description

The Peters Township Police Department will be offering a self-defense program for women, designed to teach situational awareness, basic self-defense skills and tactics, and to empower women during emergency and potentially life-threatening situations.
The library has partnered with the Police Department to offer a childcare option during this program. Anyone attending the self-defense class can drop off their child, ages 5 - 10, at the library for a movie and children's program.
