Plant Swap

Have you started your seedlings and are overwhelmed with success? Are you looking for a different variety of tomatoes or peppers? Does your pothos need a new home? 

Bring those extra plants to the library and swap them for another variety or plant with other gardeners and growers in the community. 

Please ensure any soil you bring is free of invasive jumping worms. Bring your individually potted plants to the library and sort them into the available categories. 

-Fruits & Veggies 
-Herbs 
-Landscape (sun or shade) 
-Indoor 

Please make sure that plants are not invasive in the state of PA. Visit the PA DCNR site to learn more: https://www.dcnr.pa.gov/Conservation/WildPlants/InvasivePlants/InvasivePlantFactSheets/Pages/default.aspx

Registration is not required. No plants? No problem! You are welcome to come to visit starting at 2 p.m. to see what is left. Priority is given to those who are bringing plants to swap.
