Paper quilling is the art of rolling narrow strips of paper into coils or scrolls and arranging them into elegant shapes. Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn will teach you quilling basics and help you create a flower design. Due to the equipment used, this program is limited to adult patrons only. Registration is required.
