Join Technology and Makerspace Librarian Sarah Quinn for an interactive presentation about the newest equipment in the Makerspace: the Glowforge laser cutter and engraver! In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll discuss how laser cutters work, compatible materials, appropriate design software and file types, and how you can access the Glowforge in the Makerspace. At the end of the presentation, Sarah will demonstrate a project on the Glowforge.
