Estate Settlement from the Executors Perspective

This presentation educates you and your family on the issues that executors face when appointed as the Personal Representative of an estate. We will discuss the documentation needed, the time required for this role, and provide knowledge that all executors should have before assuming the position. Estate settlement from the executor’s perspective will give you insight into properly preparing and avoiding estate pitfalls. Chuck O’Neill of Executor Services leads this presentation.

Chuck O’Neill is the Founder and CEO of Executor Services LLC. Chuck has a BS in Administrative Law from Duquesne University and is a retired Colonel US Army. He has trained professionals in commercial industries, the Federal Government, and Military organizations over the past 20+ years. Chuck has been teaching Continuing Legal Education (CLE) subjects for the legal community for the past seven years covering topics ranging from technology to executorship challenges. His educational sessions bring his experience to cut through the complexities and provide participants with down-to-earth, actionable information, giving you valuable insights, dynamic discussions, and a sense of relief.
