Event Details

Lyme disease is the fastest growing infectious disease in the country. Pennsylvania has more cases each year than any other state. This program is presented by PA Lyme.
The program goal is to improve public prevention response through community awareness & education, reduce tick bites, and improve early diagnosis. DARE uses the most current research available and establishes standard prevention messages across the state. The Dare 2B Tick Aware program includes seminars, printed materials, and public service announcements. 
PA Lyme Resource Network’s (www.palyme.org) Dare 2B Tick Aware Program was originally created with a CDC Preventative Health Block Grant via the PA Department of Health.
