In this class, you will:

  • Review the Common App guidelines
  • Learn how to brainstorm the perfect personal essay idea
  • Get drafting and revising tips & tricks 
  • Take home a handy informational packet to remind you of what we covered

This class is presented by Beth May and Morgan Meddings. Beth is the library's PR and marketing coordinator and an agented middle-grade fiction author. She holds a journalism degree and has more than 20 years of writing experience in the field of marketing communications. Morgan is a rising senior at Syracuse University with a major in education. She still well remembers the many hours she and her friends spent researching and drafting the perfect essay and is excited to share her insights with you!
