Over 43 million caregivers are caring for loved ones 50 years old or older. About 80% report high levels of stress, and one in five say at least some aspect of their life has worsened. While it is very fulfilling to help and give back, caregiving can affect your health, finances, job, relationships, and personal goals. As a loved one’s health condition changes, commitment and responsibility do as well. You’re doing all this out of love, but you can’t do it all. Take a breath and a moment to learn some helpful suggestions to care for the caregiver—you.

Please join Maureen Sirianni, the Memory Care Community Outreach Specialist from Country Meadows, as we learn how to care for and support caregivers.
